Dunlop Tyres, the official control tyre of Supercars, is once again turning PINK to support breast cancer awareness during the milestone 60th Repco Bathurst 1000 from October 5-8, 2023.

This is the fourth consecutive year of Dunlop raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research at Bathurst through a partnership with National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) - Australia's leading not for profit organisation funding world class breast cancer research towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.

Racing with Purpose

All Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres on the Supercars racing at Bathurst during Sunday’s 1000km race will prominently display PINK bespoke Dunlop branding on the tyre’s sidewall. To date, Dunlop has contributed nearly $30,000 in fundraising to NBCF by donating $50 for every pitstop of every Supercar during the Great Race.

In celebration of the 60th year of Bathurst, Dunlop is excited to announce the donation per pit stop will be raised from $50 to $60 per pitstop. With a competitive field of 28 Supercars expected to make at least seven pit stops each during the race, the increase in donations per pit stop further bolsters Dunlop’s fundraising support for NBCF.

Beyond Pink Tyres

Across the Mountain there will be a sea of Dunlop Pink. From Pink track signage, Pink Dunlop Grid Flags, Pink caps for race teams plus the iconic Dunlop Caps presented on the Podium will have the added touch of a Pink Ribbon.

While the Dunlop Series will race on Dunlop’s yellow branded hard tyre, all the Dunlop Series cars will feature Pink Dunlop windscreen banners and side door decals.

The Toyota Gazoo Racing 86 series which races on Dunlop Direzza Z3 control tyres is joining in with Pink windscreen banners to complement Pink Dunlop decals on the bumpers.

How you can make a difference

With millions or race fans set to tune in, we are so excited that the 60th Bathurst event can be a platform to champion Dunlop’s breast cancer awareness and fundraising initiative for NBCF so that they can continue funding and championing world-class research that will ultimately save lives.

Kevin Fitzsimons from Dunlop invites all race fans, Supercar teams, drivers and partners to join Dunlop on our drive to accelerate raising funds for NBCF. Please donate here:
