2011 Australian Superbike and Formula Xtreme Championship calendars released

17 December 2010

More '2+4' racing and a return to Western Australia are the highlights of the 2011 Viking Group Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) which will be held over 8 rounds. May marks the return to Western Australia and Barbagallo Raceway, as well as the first of 2011's three '2+4' rounds alongside the V8 Supercar Championship Series; the others being Queensland Raceway in August and Symmons Plains in November.

Australian Road and Track Rider Promotions (ARTRP) has also announced the calendar for the 2011 Australian Formula Xtreme Championship following its first successful year. The series has provided a breeding ground for young talented Australian motorcycle racers.
